The request didn't finish normally. A request that moves money may or may not have taken effect, which is why repeating it with the same key is the safe way to find out.

Can you retry?

Retry after a wait. Repeat the identical request after the Retry-After delay, or after a short wait when none is given, with the same Idempotency-Key and body. retry: after_delay
