Custom domains

Your own hostname changes what the payer sees, not how payments work. Set it up in the dashboard with the TXT and CNAME values it gives you.

   Request the hostname

   Add it in Settings → Business, then publish the TXT ownership value and the CNAME target PerionPayments gives you.

   Verify and wait for TLS

   Verification does not accept wildcards or indirect CNAME chains. PerionPayments rechecks ownership regularly and stops routing the domain if ownership lapses.

   Test every page

   Before you turn it on, test payment links, checkout, continuation pages, receipts, and the billing portal on the verified hostname.
