Integration help

Ask for help with the context we need.

Give the integration team a safe reference and enough timing to find your request. Never send anything that would let someone else act as you or as your payer.

Include

  • The environment: Sandbox or Live.
  • The request_id from the problem response, or the support reference shown to the payer.
  • The operation, such as POST /v1/payment_intents, and the idempotency key you sent.
  • The approximate time, with its time zone (CAT or UTC).
Safe to share

Leave out

  • API client secrets, access tokens, and webhook signing secrets.
  • Full payer details or raw response bodies.
  • Wallet PINs and one-time codes.
  • Private return links and continuation codes.
