This API client has sent payment prompts to as many different customers as its terms allow this hour. Nothing was sent to the customer's phone.

Can you retry?

Retry after a wait. Repeat the identical request after the Retry-After delay, or after a short wait when none is given, with the same Idempotency-Key and body. retry: after_delay

You: the software that sent the request. who_acts: caller
